Hi,
Well, I had a 460m and it came with a color wheel. But, I never used the wheel. I just used it as a mono camera. So, I really don't know how it worked. And, of course, it is long gone now.

Re: Kodak DCS 460 SCSI Port Disassembly
Hi,
No, I don't. I never took any shots of that gear. And, I never used the mono with the wheel, just as a mono camera. And, then not all that often.

Re: Kodak DCS 460 SCSI Port Disassembly
Hi,
It was from Kodak meant for use with the 460m. I got the rig surplus from a product photo group at IBM.
Now, Kodak may not have actually made it. That I don't know.

Re: Kodak DCS 460 SCSI Port Disassembly
Hi, The 660 sensor was at least a full stop improvement over the 460 one. So less noise at base ISO, or the same noise pushed up a stop as the 460 had at base. The 760 has the same improvement over the 660. But I never found a 760m. Same improvement for the color models. I rarely used the 660m. Some...

Re: Kodak DCS 460 SCSI Port Disassembly
Hi,
Yep. Sold them both. I had a color and a mono 460. It was a progression. I had a Nikon E2 first then added a 460c in 1999. The mono came next. Later a 660c, then a 660m and the 460s left. That was 2001. In 2003, a 760c and the 660c left. The 660m stayed until 2020. The 760c is still around.

Hi,
I would, except I do not have one around. I haven't had one for over 20 years.

Hi,
Not these days. It has been a long time since I had a 460. I would have to measure.

Hi,
I think this sounds like you need a thin walled nut driver. I use Xcelite brand nutdrivers (the kind where they use swappable handles) and grind down the outer diameter when I need a thin walled one.

Hi,
No. You should see files on the card regardless of Windows version.

Hi,
It's Very Good News that it was a.support chip which failed and not the sensor itself. It's even better news that their is someone out there with parts who can repair these.
