"Nikon: A Celebration" book features QV1000/E2/E3

Those are great shots of the older Canon-I've not seen one close up before. I'll be keeping another eye open for one of those... Funny that neither Canon or Kodak list the DCS-5 on their websites-only the 1 and 3-maybe it's the bad relation? I was looking for the latest firmware as it won't read a C...

DCS charger info/DCS error codes/Canon DCS
Having just bought two older DCS's recently without chargers, I thought this might be helpful to other people in this position. This is for DCS-410/420 & EOS*DCS-5 and others that use the ELPAC MI2815 charger. http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u72/precertvideo/dcs_socket.gif Socket as seen look...

You can also get an idea of how many were made from the serial numbers-example serial no. 420-1234; -420 is the model number -The last 4 numbers were individual so (unless there are any 5 figure numbers out there?) there must have been less than 10,000. -I know serial no.s don't always run in sequen...

Hi, Just bought another DCS-420c (had a 410 a year ago but couldn't get it to work-regretted selling it!) on ebay for £80 inc. 170Mb HDD-no charger, but at least it works... I have seen them sell for as little as £50. Was surfing and saw one advertised as body only for £745 (about $1260)! ( http://n...
