Has there been any firmware revision/hacks to allow use of SD card in Card adapter for use in 620? or 4xx, 2000E?
Was firmware of 660,720,760 written to allow SD cards?

The DCS620 was released before SD memory was even announced.

So far, professional DSLRs have used PCMCIA or CF memory. I'd be very surprised if anyone have been able to use SD cards with any of these cameras.

I suggest you save yourself a lot of problems and frustration and get some proper cards instead.
