Also need some advice. When I first powered it up I got an "E7" error which went away when I reformatted the card, but then I had an intermittent "E2" error and several times the lens stuck up with an "ERR" message on the camera body's LCD, along with a yellow stripe on the photos. Any ideas what's going on with it? I have another N90 body I can used if the shutter itself is going bad.

Well I may have solved the problem, I replaced the N90 body with one from my DCS 420 (to forever sit on a shelf), and the yellow lines and sticking shutter have gone away. I'll have to try it out tomorrow to see how the photos work. Thtupid sundown taking all the light away.....
