Hi to everybody
My name is Ralf and I was born 1954 in Bonn/Germany. I still live in Bonn. After 15 years with Nikon I switched to Canon in 1992. 2007 – after 15 years with Canon – I went back "home" to Nikon. Since 1997 I take my photos filmless – digital. My first DSLR was the 1,3 MP Kodak/Canon EOS1n/DCS3c. I bought it 1997. Currently I use a Nikon D800 an D7100 for shooting Basketball. 2015 I started collecting ALL kinds of digital cameras between 1995 and 2005 and writing „reviews“ about the old cams. You will find dozens of photos, taken 20 to 15 years after the cameras had been introduced!
If you are interested, please do have a look at:
http://www.digicammuseum.de/geschichten ... ichte.html
especially the Fuji/Nikon S1 Pro-, the Fuji/Nikon DS 560-, the Kodak/Canon/Nikon-DSLR- and the Nikon DSLR-section.
Please enjoy two older google-links:
https://sites.google.com/site/canondcs3/ (Sorry for the Canon and https://sites.google.com/site/fujixniko ... rmatdslrs/
With help of Google Translate you should be able to understand a lot of my „reviews“
Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!
Ralf

Re: Introduction
Hi,
Welcome! This site is full of info on the early Nikon and Kodak digital cameras. It hasn't seen much activity lately, I suppose because there just are not many folks out there messing with these who are not already here. And, I just might be one of the last few who are still using one on a regular basis. That being a 760c.
I still check in about once a week or so, and I think the other regulars do about the same.
I looked at your site and you have quite the list there. That is wonderful, as information on these early units is becoming rather lost on the web.
