I'm sure this is new--as the subject line says, the full pdf manual for the E2 and E2s, with an E2N supplement as a separate file, are available on the nikonusa.com website in the service & support section along with other dslr manuals. This is a big change from a few years ago when as far as I could tell Nikon didn't even really acknowledge they had ever made the E series.
