Came across this post on dpreview.com:

"Sears Online is now selling a new, made-in-Japan, Ultralife 2200ma (not 2100ma) sealed in plastic battery that comes with a full two-year warranty. Existing clones recently have been a totally no-name Chinese 2200, with no warranty, or a better-known Ultralife with only 2100ma, and with only a one-year warranty. So the new battery is definitely a step in the right direction. My D1X and D1H cameras are happ(ier) campers as a result."

Price: $18.99.

Thanks for the hint Jarle, but I think for Europeans the German ebay is the best and the cheapest source to buy replacements for the EN-4. From 17.70 Euro and up to 3000 mhA with at least one year warranty (compulsory for those located in Germany). And no import taxes and additional VAT, etc.
I am using them daily and no pain at all.
Regards,
Nico
