I recently came across this great looking, excellent piece of free software. Zoner Photo Studio Free looks, feels and operates very much like Adobe Bridge and Adobe Lightroom.
It's everything many users need. It's really a great program, and considering the price it's even more impressive. You can download Zoner Photo Studio Free at http://free.zoner.com/
There's also a Home and Pro edition available, the most expensive one costing $69.99.
Enjoy!

Re: Free software: Zoner Photo Studio
Hi,
Is this an organizing system only, or does it process as well? As in process raw shots. I'm still using a manual filing system and processing with CS and PhotoDesk. Of course, still using the old Kodak units, which only output raw.
Later!

Yes, Zoner Photo Studio Free includes an OK editor that will open modern raw files - but it's pretty basic. Can't compete with a "real" raw conversion program. Won't open Kodak DCS420 TIFFs (haven't bothered testing other Kodak raw files). I believe the Pro version includes more advanced raw editing features.
